They came and managed to repair a leak in my system. I was all braced for the worst news, expecting to be told I need a whole new AC system, but he managed to repair it instead of just saying I need to replace it. I was very impressed with the service.

We called at 8:36 AM on a day that was heading towards 100 again. They found a way to fit us in at the end of a long hot day! Travis and Bryant, the two young gentlemen who came to help, were knowledgable and quickly got our system working again. Neither of them minded a busybody watching them come to our rescue.

We were referred to Accent through American Home Shield when our AC broke. We got an appointment within two days, and when they came out, the technician repaired what others said they had to replace. Now I once again have air conditioning on this 96 degree day thanks to Accent. Also, everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. The receptionist was nice, and the technician was extremely patient with all my questions. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

I called Accent Heating and Cooling as part of my home warranties list of approved vendors. Tracy took the call and scheduled the appointment. The technician Tom came out and did a very good job, calling before he arrived allowed me time to leave work and come home. We came home to a very cold home because our heat pump failed while we were away for a couple of days. I called Accent H&C (they were identified as the company authorized to perform the repair by my home warranty company) after hours and left a message on their answering service about my problem. They responded at 9:10 AM the next morning and indicated they could get a repair technician to my home within the hour. He arrived 35 minutes later! Tom was very pleasant to deal with. He promptly diagnosed a failed fan motor and replaced it with one he had in stock on his truck! He finished up by verifying the heat pump was indeed back in operation.
We are really impressed with the rapid response, their having the right part in stock on their truck, and technical expertise to immediately fix the problem. That is great service!

I contacted Accent for annual service they scheduled a day gave me a 4 hour window they told me they would give me a call when on the way to our house so we could meet at the house to let them in. They did everything they said they would on time and did not try to up sell me on anything they just fixed the problem and only billed me for time on site. No minimum charge as I have seen with other Heat/Cooling companies. They are very reasonable and honest folks. I would recommend to friends and family.

I want to thank you. Please pass this on to the crew that was here. The workmanship is very good and we are enjoying the new system. It is a pleasure this day and age to work with young people, such as the crew that was here, to put out the extra effort when not required or requested, like adjusting the garage door properly and installing the outside electrical outlet on the back of the garage wall by our water scene.
